1. Is this for real?
Yes, the EU have decided that as a nation we are in too much debt and have passed new regulations in March 2008 to compensate for the miss-selling by some financial institutions.
2. Do I have a claim?
About 85% of loans with PPI / ASU were miss-sold. Check here.
3. What happens if I think I have a claim?
After a brief telephone call to see if you have a claim we will make an appointment to visit you and fill in all the relevant paperwork which is passed onto our vetting solicitor who decides if you have a realistic claim. Once this is established your documents are passed onto our panel solicitor who deals with your claim. Claims take about 16 weeks.
4. How much does this all cost?
Nothing, this a no win no fee claim, but even when you win we claim all the costs on top of your claim, so you never pay anything!!!
5. What documents do I need to make a claim?
You will need the following documents, we will take copies of all these:
a, A copy of the loan agreement (this can be got with a simple phone call to your lender if you cant find it).
b, A utility bill (not mobile phone) in your name as proof of address.
c, A driving license or passport.
Please note: No bank details will be taken!!!!!
6. What could I get back?
If successful in your claim you will receive upto, 100% of your loan, 100% of your PPI and 7% compensation, plus you still keep whatever you bought with your loan.
7. Im not sure, should I go ahead and make the call?
